Balancer Removal
1) showing the take out clip at the inside top of frame.
2) Using a screwdriver, tilt clip out.
3) Slide the sash up to the top past the clip.
4) Tilt out the edge of the sash and slide out of the frame.
5) The exposed balancer.
6) Slide the balancer down past clip edge.
7) Tilt out the balancer.
8) Tilt balancer out of slot.
